(Providence, RI) -- Most state-run coronavirus testing sites will be closed Monday in observance of Victory Day. Rhode Island is the only state with a legal holiday to commemorate the end of World War Two. However, due to the ongoing surge in cases, some sites will be open including the Rhode Island Convention Center, Cranston Parkade on Garfield Avenue and the Warwick Shopping Plaza on Greenwich Avenue.
