Henri Expected To Become Hurricane On Approach To New England

The National Weather Service is tracking Tropical Storm Henri to move over Southern New England Sunday evening. The weather service says the system is forecast to track near Cape Cod and the Islands or just offshore. There will be the potential for damaging winds, flooding rainfall and storm surge flooding. Henri is expected to strengthen into a hurricane on the way up the Atlantic coast, but it's not clear yet if it will still have hurricane status by the time it gets here.
