(Foxboro, MA) -- Patriots head coach Bill Belichick is clarifying some comments regarding COVID vaccinations. Last week, Belichick said that quarterback Cam Newton's vaccination status was not a factor in his release from the team. Belichick would go on to say that "a pretty high number" of vaccinated players, coaches, and staff have been infected across the league. Belichick addressed the issue again on Monday, saying that as a team, they're better off if everybody is vaccinated, but that it doesn't solve all of their problems.
