Rhode Island is still at high-risk for coronavirus transmission.

The CDC bases its assessment on new cases per 100-thousand residents for the seven-day period between October 11th and 17th.

As for Rhode Island's neighbors, ten counties in Massachusetts are still at high-risk while most of Connecticut is considered at substantial risk.
