A 22-year-old Providence woman is free on personal recognizance pending a court date later this month.
Katie Tornez was arraigned today on charges including driving under the influence and refusing to submit to a chemical test.
State Police say she hit two parked police cruisers around midnight last night on I-95 near the Route 146 merge in Providence.
One trooper was treated for minor injuries.
That trooper was treated and released from the hospital.
