Local Schools Adjusting Covid Schedules0

A number of Rhode Island school districts are switching to virtual learning this week.

Coronavirus concerns and staff shortages are driving school leaders to go remote.

Barrington High School has distance-learning plans in place through next Monday.

Toll Gate High School in Warwick is remote today because of staffing issues.

Meanwhile, decisions have been made to start the spring semester virtually at Rhode Island College, Community College of Rhode Island and the RI School of Design.
