The Rhode Island Police Chiefs Association and State Police are reminding drivers that officers will be out in force on the roadways Super Bowl Sunday.
People are advised to find a sober driver so they can celebrate safely.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says about one-third of car crash deaths in the United States involve drunk drivers.
Police will be out in force.
