The Rhode Island Department of Health confirms getting dozens of complaints against a COVID test center.
On Friday, the RIDOH says it has received a hundred or so complaints against Doctors Test Centers, most of which have to do with customer service issues.
State officials say they are barred by state law from releasing specific complaints.
Test center owner Ashley Kalus says she is proud of the work she and her employees did to administer over four-hundred-thousand COVID tests to Rhode Islanders during the pandemic.
Kalus is running as a Republican for Governor of Rhode Island.
