The Celtics are moving onto the Eastern Conference Final after a 109-81 win over the Bucks in Game Seven.
Grant Williams led all scorers with 27 points after going 7-of-18 from three point range.
Marcus Smart recorded a double-double with 11 points and 10 assists, and Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown chipped in with 23 and 19 points in the series clincher.
Giannis Antetokounmpo led Milwaukee in scoring with 25 points and collected a game-high 20 rebounds in defeat.
Boston is now one step away from reaching the Finals, but will have to get past the top-seeded Miami Heat to do so.
