It appears that the state is finally ready to deal with recreational pot stores.
Legislative Committees have been told to be ready to vote on bills that are currently before them.
One bill would legalize up to 33 different facilities in six different zones throughout the state.
The Governor has signaled he would sign the bill if everyone can agree on the formation of a Cannabis Control Commission that would oversee it.
