Arrests Made After Controversial Signs Were Posted

Two men are facing charges after white nationalist recruitment papers were allegedly found stapled to utility poles in East Providence last month.

Stephen Farrea of Portsmouth and Austin Conti of Yuma, Arizona were arrested on June 21st for obstructing a police officer and violating a city ordinance about posting signs.

Authorities say the flyers promoting the New England-based Nationalist Socialist Club 131 were found near the Gordon School.

A white nationalist group called Patriot Front marched through Boston over the Fourth of July weekend.

Boston Police say they are still investigating but they received no notice that the group was marching.
