A 24 year old man wanted for a Philadelphia murder may be in Rhode Island or Massachusetts.
Wagner Tejeda-Pena is accused of killing a random victim in June.
He allegedly tried to shoot two other people prior to that but his gun jammed.
He is described as a White Hispanic male, approximately 5’ 10” and 180 lbs.
Anyone with information is asked to call Boston Police, State Police or their local police department.
