(Providence, RI) -- Drivers are once again able to get around on I-95 and Route-10. Several roads throughout the state experienced flooding on Monday stranding drivers for hours. RI-DOT reports that both highways are open but people are still urged to stay off the roads if at all possible. Officials are urging motorists to drive with extra caution today if they must venture out.
