Community Service For Two Men For Promoting White Nationalist Group

Two men accused of posting recruitment papers for a white nationalist group in East Providence are being sentenced to 20 hours of community service.

Stephen Farrea of Portsmouth and Austin Conti of Warwick pleaded no contest to obstruction of a police officer in Providence District Court this week.

Farrea and Conti previously pleaded not guilty in East Providence municipal court to violating city ordinances by posting the flyers on utility poles back in June.

A trial for both men in that case is scheduled for October 20th.
