The Pats improved to a 2-and-3 record with the win.
Quarterback Bailey Zappe passed for a touchdown, an interception and 188 yards.
He told reporters after the game it was a team effort- but that he felt more comfortable this week as opposed to last.
Rhamondre Stevenson rushed for a career-high 161 yards, and Nick Folk kicked five field goals.
New England plays the Cleveland Browns on the road in Week 6.
