Two police officers are dead and another is seriously hurt in a shooting in Bristol, Connecticut.
Connecticut State Police say the officer-involved shooting happened overnight in Bristol.
It's not clear what led to the shooting in the residential area.
A nearby resident told a local NBC 30 that he heard at least a dozen gunshots.
Connecticut State Police tweeted asking for thoughts and prayers to be with the families, the officers and all those impacted.
