A former Miss Rhode Island has been sentenced for sneaking into an ICE detention center to see her ex-baseball star husband.
Juliana Clare Stout was crowned Miss Rhode Island in 2009, and was elected as a commissioner in North Bay Village, Florida in 2018.
Her husband is Brayan Villareal, who used to play for the Boston Red Sox and Detroit Tigers.
The Venezuelan player was in a Miami ICE detention center back in 2021.
On Thursday, Stout pleaded guilty to pretending to be a paralegal to get inside the ICE center to see Villareal.
She was sentenced to one year probation and 50 hours of community service.
