Housing Insecurity Targeted By State Program

Rhode Island is committing over nine-million-dollars in federal funds to help those dealing with housing insecurity.

Currently, the median household income in the state is about 70-thousand-dollars and the median cost of a single-family house is considerably higher.

Governor Dan McKee says regardless of their financial situation, all Rhode Islanders deserve a shot at securing and maintaining safe housing.
