The two teams made history playing before a large crowd at Allianz Arena in Munich.
The Bucs jumped out to an early lead then held on to win a thriller.
Tom Brady completed 22 of 29 passes for 258 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
The Bucs improved to 5-5 with the win while the Seahawks fell to 6-4.
Brady and the Bucs will take on the Browns next Sunday.
