A police investigation is underway after a body was pulled from a pond in Burrillville on Sunday.
The female victim was reportedly discovered partially submerged in Little Round Top Pond at around 11 a.m. and was recovered by the Harrisville Fire Department.
The body was taken by the Rhode Island Medical Examiner's Office.
We are expecting more information, including an autopsy report at some point today.
