It’s a quiet Monday for the General Assembly but Tuesday, besides full formal sessions, the Senate Judiciary Committee has a packed agenda with 24 bills that are being considered.
They are expected to consider measures requiring translation services to be offered at all government open meetings.
Another allows for members of a government body who are 65 or older to participate via telephone or computer rather than in person.
And another would allow for sixteen-year-olds to vote in school committee races.
It is unclear however how many of the bills committee members will actually vote on.
