The Celtics have won three of their last four games after squeaking past the Toronto Raptors 97-93 at TD Garden.
Malcolm Brogdon led all scorers with 29 points off the bench for Boston.
Jaylen Brown struggled from beyond the arc but managed to score 25 points, grab 11 rebounds and dish out five assists.
For his part Brogden says the team will continue to get better as they head into the playoffs.
Pascal Siakam led the Raptors with 28 points and 11 rebounds.
Toronto is ninth in the Eastern Conference at 40-and-40.
The Celtics are second in the East at 55-and-25.
