Cranston and Pawtucket Police aren’t saying anything about specifics.
They did team up to arrest a 39 year old Cranston man on vandalism charges that include the theft of the American Flag from city hall.
Emmanuel Joia has already pleaded not guilty to the charges although there are no specifics from the arraignment session yet.
