A Providence man reportedly caused a scene on Interstate 95 at the Maine-Canada border yesterday.
Tony Holford was driving a truck in Houlton, Maine towards New Brunswick while allegedly displaying a sign that indicated he had an explosive device on board.
A police trooper fired at the truck, which eventually stopped between the ports of entry.
Holton was not injured, and he was taken into custody.
The border was closed most of Monday for an investigation.
