The newly-formed Rhode Island Cannabis Control Commission is seeking public input on the crafting of recreational marijuana regulations.
Chairwoman Kim Ahern says the commission especially wants to hear from the cannabis industry, the medical patient community, and those who have been disproportionately impacted by criminal enforcement of marijuana laws.
Listening sessions are being scheduled through mid-August.
The first one will be July 20th at the Roger Williams University School of Law.
