The Rhode Island Attorney General's Office is reaching an agreement to resolve enforcement actions against several Ocean State car dealerships.
The A.G.'s office alleges that Grieco Honda, Grieco Toyota, and Grieco Hyundai engaged in sales and pricing tactics that violated the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, including charging more for vehicles than they were advertising on their website.
The dealerships, which are based in Johnston and East Providence, will pay about a half-million dollars in restitution to their customers.
