The Rhode Island Department of Health is touting the state's continued success of being a nationwide leader when it comes to adolescent vaccinations.
According to recently-released data from the CDC, Rhode Island teenagers place at-or-above the national averages for every vaccine type that's available.
RIDOH's interim health director Utpala Bandy says the success can be directly attributed to the dedication of community partners and the healthcare workforce.
