A church group from Rhode Island which was visiting Israel before war broke out in that country is hoping to return home Wednesday.
Two pastors and seven members of Victory Church in Providence are currently in the Galilee area, which is northern Israel away from the fighting that's taking place at the Gaza Strip.
Pastor Richard Sfameni says they have heard the roar of fighter jets on a daily basis.
Sfameni says the group has made contact with Rhode Island's senators to ask for their help if they get stuck, since several airlines have suspended or canceled flights.
