Rhode Island State Police have arrested a Southbridge, Massachusetts man on charges that he allegedly kidnapped his own son, then led police on a brief chase through Rhode Island and Connecticut before being arrested in Providence.
Seth Parenteau – according to police took off with his 15-year-old disabled son before being apprehended by police.
He will face a variety of charges in Rhode Island before being returned to Massachusetts to deal with kidnapping charges as well.
He is expected to face a judge Tuesday morning.
