RI Ranks High Among Best Educated States

Massachusetts is the "most educated" state in the country according to the personal financial website WalletHub.com.

Factors used to compile the rankings included the number of residents with diplomas and degrees, the quality of school systems, graduation rates and test scores.

All the New England states were ranked in the top 20.

Connecticut was fourth.

Rhode Island 16th.
