A Pawtucket man was ordered held on 100-thousand-dollar bail, following arraignment in the death of his son.
Joao Resendes was charged with manslaughter, child endangerment, and three counts of second-degree child abuse in the death of his one-year-old son, Santiago.
Police arrested the 25-year-old Resendes at his apartment Sunday, after finding the boy unresponsive and with bruises on his face.
Three other residents of the apartment have each been charged with child endangerment.
The case is still under investigation.
