The man who killed Boston police officer Thomas Rose in 1993 has been arrested for robbery in Rhode Island.
Joshua McCullough is accused of stealing a cash bag holding over 12-thousand-dollars from a woman and assaulting her outside a bank in North Providence on Tuesday.
McCullough was known as Terrell Muhammad when he grabbed Rose's gun and killed him at a downtown police station in February of 1993.
He was convicted of manslaughter and served 15 years or a nearly 30 years in prison before being released in 2009.
