Governor Dan McKee announced a legal team this morning to investigate and possibly recover damages from those responsible for the failure of the Washington Bridge.
Well-known local attorneys Max Wistow and Jonathan Savage were chosen nearly four months after the westbound bridge was closed due to a structural failure.
"Just like I've said we're going to build a brand-new bridge and we're going to do it right–we're going to build a legal case and we’re going to do it right." the Governor told reporters.
The governor said any responsible parties will be held fully accountable.
