Pro-Palestinian demonstrators gathered for a protest outside of a breakfast fundraiser for Senator Jack Reed on Sunday.
The group is calling on the senator to end support for military aid to Israel and use the money for humanitarian aid in Gaza, jobs and education in the United States.
The senator's Office has issued a statement that reads "Peaceful protest is a hallmark of our democracy.
Senator Reed has called for Israel to drastically change its tactics, for Hamas to release the hostages, and more aid for Gaza's civilians."
