Governor Likely To Sign Extended "Look Back" Law

Governor McKee is expected to sign the state’s expanded Look Back Rule- a bill that would allow police to look back up to ten years to see if a person was charged with driving under the influence or refusing a chemical test.

The legislature passed the measure last week.

Proponents want harsher penalties in future legislation.
