In Cranston, a person is dead- another hurt after violence early Friday morning.
Police called to the corner of Oak and Trainor Streets where they found a 15 year old who was stabbed in the back.
Police say the suspect in that case jumped into a getaway car and it was that car that fatally struck a 21 year old man.
That victim was declared dead at the scene.
One person has been arrested in connection with the stabbing.
The driver of the car that struck a person has also been arrested.
Police are expected to provide additional details later day.
