A third person is facing charges in connection with a July 5th, shooting on Jade Way in Newport.
Marc Washington of Portsmouth was arrested Friday after he attempted to flee from police.
The shooting victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Last Monday, Johnny Escobar of Middletown was arrested in Somerset, Massachusetts.
On Wednesday of last week, Kenneth Jenkins of Middletown was taken into custody.
No word from the arraignment session yet.
