A Providence man has been arrested in Connecticut on charges that he was driving the wrong way down I-95.
Connecticut State Police say 25-year-old Raheem Carter was arrested after a head on collision near exit 89.
Police say Carter was charged after allegedly failing a field sobriety test.
He has been released on 25 hundred dollars bail and will be back in court later this month.
