Rhode Island At Top List Of States With Best Health Care

Rhode Island is considered one of the best states in the nation for healthcare.

Personal finance website WalletHub looked at 44 measures of health care including cost, accessibility, and outcomes.

Minnesota came in first followed by Rhode Island and South Dakota.

Rhode Island has the lowest out-of-pocket costs for medical expenses and over 94-percent of residents have health insurance.

Mississippi, Alabama and West Virginia were at the bottom of the list.
