A Deputy Chief in the Rhode Island Department of Corrections has been arrested, charged with Production of Child Porn and Video Voyeurism.
46-year-old Seth Crosby of Cranston was arrested and arraigned yesterday after an investigation involving three young children coming forward.
Nothing was reported from the arraignment session.
