Cranston Mayor Ken Hopkins' bid for re-election continues as he's won the GOP primary.
Mayor Hopkins defeated challenger and State Representative Barbara Ann Fenton-Fung in yesterday's election.
Hopkins, the incumbent, will go on to face Democratic City Councilman Robert Ferri in the November election.
Ferri was unopposed in his party's primary.
