A former New England Patriots player has been arrested for the alleged assault of an 82-year-old man at a North Providence gym last month.
Forty-six-year-old Patrick Pass allegedly argued with the victim over exercise equipment at a Planet Fitness, then shoved him to the ground.
The victim suffered back injuries in the incident.
Pass played for the Patriots from 2000 until 2006. He faces a December court date.
