Surveillance video of the shooting that led to the death of a seven-year-old girl was shown in court Tuesday, during an appearance by the suspects in the killing.
The video shows the girl's father arguing with one of the suspects outside of a convenience store, then driving toward the suspects on a nearby street.
The suspects appear to open fire on the vehicle as 27-year-old Nelson Pires drove away with his children in the car.
Ny'Eil Pires was in the back seat of the vehicle when she was shot.
Twenty-six-year-old Shaheem Nathaniel and 19-year-old Ahmari Cabrera are charged with murder in the case.
