The Rhode Island Department of Transportation held a second public meeting Thursday night regarding demolition of the Washington Bridge.
Governor Dan McKee and Rhode Island Department of Transportation Director Peter Alviti took part in the virtual meeting and fielded questions from the public.
The governor called for the second meeting after the first ended after around nine minutes and RIDOT did not take questions from the public or listen to feedback.
Much of the meeting focused on how noise, dust and debris from the demolition are impacting residents and businesses.
