One hundred people are out of work after they were laid off from Pawtucket-based toymaker Hasbro.
CEO Chris Cocks cited what he called "operational streamlining" for the cuts.
He said the goal is to empower teams to make quicker decisions and deliver innovation faster.
The company also announced the restructuring of positions and departments.
