A Rhode Island man is one of two suspects charged in connection with a deadly shooting in Boston Monday night. Police say the victim was found at around 10:30 p.m. in the area of 114 Devon Street and was pronounced dead at the scene.
As police arrived, they saw the suspects leaving an alley and they were arrested after a brief foot chase.
Twenty-five-year-old Darius Powell of Woonsocket and the other suspect were arraigned Tuesday on charges that include of unlawful possession of a firearm and unlawful possession of a large capacity feeding device.
