Governor Dan McKee says around 650-thousand people had their personal information stolen during the cyberattack earlier this month on the state's IT system for social services.
McKee said on Monday that those identified as being affected will be notified by mail next month.
In addition to being informed their personal information was compromised, they'll receive instructions on signing up for free credit monitoring.
McKee said the personal information that was stolen included names, addresses, social security numbers and banking information.
