A 31-year-old man is facing charges after he allegedly assaulted a worker at Rhode Island College.
According to Campus Police Chief James Mendonca, the man got off a RIPTA bus Tuesday morning and went into Roberts Hall where he got into an altercation with a member of housekeeping.
Thirty-one-year-old Keveon Gomera is not an RIC student or employee, and he was taken into custody.
The injured staff member was taken to a hospital for treatment.
