Governor Maura Healey hosted Canadian premiers and governors of New England states and New York to discuss key issues they all face.
The group held a closed door session yesterday before emerging for a roundtable discussion.
"At a time when tariffs are driving up costs, it’s more important than ever to strengthen the cross-border partnerships that keep our regional economy competitive," Governor McKee said.
The group usually meet once a year to discuss issues that are shared by states and provinces in the region.
Healey says she expects good things to come from the meeting, and pledged to work towards ensuring a better flow of trade.
