Three people are in custody after the alleged assault and robbery of a lemonade vendor in Providence.
Police were called to Roger Williams Park on Saturday where the victim told officers the suspects assaulted him with a hammer before stealing cash and taking off in a vehicle.
Police spotted the vehicle a short time later and arrested the suspects.
Police are continuing their investigation into the incident, and they're asking anyone with information to come forward.
